» CHECK-IN & OUT TIME 12 NOON

» Extra person (including child of 8 years and above or extra bed) will be charged as per room tariff.
» Extra charge for car washing, outside service & extra linen.
» Intimation of bill in advance for early morning checkout.
» Room used as a Conference Room an additional charge of Rs. 150/- per day.

» CANCELLATION POLICY
» Booking cancelled beyond 48 hrs from the date of confirmation will carry a 25% retention
   charge.
» Booking cancelled between 7 to 3 days from the date of arrival will carry 50% retention
   charge.
» Booking cancelled in the last 48 hrs from the date of arrival will carry a 100% retention
   charge.
» No-show will carry a 100% retention charge.

» ANY DISPUTE SUBJECT TO PUNE JURISDICTION
